<p>まずは和田さんが紹介してくれた<br>ポテトサラダから。</p>



<p>寿司パックなどについてくる<br>余りがちな「ガリ」を使います。</p>



<p class="is-style-memo-box"><strong><span class="fz-20px">材料</span></strong><span class="fz-20px"><strong>（2～3人分）</strong><br></span>・じゃがいも（男爵）　3個（300 g）<br>・塩　　　　　　　　　3つまみ<br>・水　　　　　　　　　適量<br>・マヨネーズ　　　　　大さじ1 × 2回<br>・ツナ缶　　　　　　　少2缶<br>・ガリ　　　　　　　　30 g<br>・小ねぎ　　　　　　　3本<br>・フライドオニオン　　適量<br><br>【A】<br>・しょうゆ　　　　　　大さじ1<br>・みりん　　　　　　　大さじ1<br>・酒　　　　　　　　　大さじ1<br>・砂糖　　　　　　　　小さじ2</p>



<p>小ねぎは小口切りにしておく。</p>



<p>じゃがいもは皮をむいて芽を取り除き<br>ひと口大に切ります。</p>



<p>鍋にじゃがいもを入れ<br>ひたひたになるくらいの水と塩を加えて茹でる。</p>



<p class="is-style-sticky-gray"><strong>ポイント</strong><br>・じゃがいもは<br>　ひと口大に切ってから茹でると<br>　潰す時の時短に</p>



<p>じゃがいもが柔らかくなったら<br>お湯だけ捨てたら<strong><span class="marker">そのまま鍋に</span></strong>マヨネーズを加え<br>潰しながら混ぜていきます。</p>



<p>別のフライパンに<br>油を軽く切ったツナ缶と【A】を加え炒める。</p>



<p>潰したじゃがいもに<br>炒めたツナとマヨネーズを加えて混ぜ合わせます。　</p>

<p>親子丼といえば<br>鶏もも肉や鶏むね肉を使うのが一般的ですが…。</p>



<p>なんと鶏ひき肉を使った親子丼を<br>教えてくれました</p>



<p class="is-style-memo-box"><strong><span class="fz-20px">材料</span></strong><span class="fz-20px"><strong>（2杯分）</strong></span><br>・ご飯　　　適量<br>・鶏ひき肉　160 g　　　　<br>・玉ねぎ　　1/2個<br>・かつお節　1パック<br>・水　　　　大さじ2<br>・卵　　　　4個<br>・米油　　　小さじ2程度<br>・焼きのり　1枚<br>・三つ葉　　1本<br><br>【A】<br>・酒　　　　大さじ2<br>・しょう油　大さじ2<br>・みりん　　大さじ2<br>・砂糖　　　小さじ2</p>



<p>玉ねぎは薄くスライスして<br>のりは手で食べやすい大きさにちぎり<br>三つ葉は1～2 cm程度の長さに切っておきます。</p>



<p>卵は卵黄と卵白に分けて溶いておく。</p>



<p>かつお節はパックごと揉んで細かくします。</p>



<p>ボウルに鶏ひき肉と【A】入れて混ぜ合わせ<br>調味料が馴染んできたらかつお節と水を加えて<br>よく混ぜ合わせたらタネのできあがり。</p>



<p class="is-style-sticky-gray"><strong>ポイント</strong><br>・ひき肉を使うことで<br>　味が染み込みやすくなります</p>



<p>米油をひいた鍋で玉ねぎが色づくまで炒めたら<br>味付した鶏ひき肉を加えて炒めます。</p>



<p>鶏ひき肉に火が通ったら<strong><span class="marker">先に白身</span></strong>を回し入れます。</p>



<p>白身に火が通ったら黄身を回し入れ<br>火を止めて1分ほど蒸らす。</p>



<p class="is-style-sticky-gray"><strong>ポイント</strong><br>・白身と黄身では<br>　火が通る温度や時間が異なるので<br>　入れるタイミングをずらすと固まりすぎず<br>　トロトロの仕上がりに</p>
