<p class="is-style-memo-box"><strong><span class="fz-20px">材料</span></strong><br>・さつまいも　1本（Lサイズ）<br>・万能ネギ　　適量<br>・ニンニク　　2片<br>・塩昆布　　　10 g<br>・バター　　　15 g<br>・塩　　　　　水の量に対して3％</p>



<p>さつまいもは皮付きのまま縦半分にしたら<br>1 cm 幅に切って5分程度塩水につける。</p>

<p>塩水を切ったさつまいもを耐熱皿に移し<br>ラップをかけて600Wのレンジで3分加熱する。</p>



<p>さつまいもが黄色くなって<br>爪楊枝が刺さる程度まで火が通ったらOK</p>



<p>火をつける前のフライパンに<br>バターと粗みじん切りにしたニンニクを入れる。</p>

<p>さつまいもは皮をむき適度な大きさに<br>切ったら軽く水洗いする。</p>



<p>鍋にさつまいもを入れて<br>さつまいもが浸かるくらいの【A】で<br>5分程度茹でます。</p>

<p>から煎りしたさつまいもに<br>塩・砂糖を加えよく混ぜ合わせる。</p>
