<p>①南高梅の種を取り包丁でたたく<br>②ほんだし・めんつゆ・刻んだみょうが・白ごま・わさびを加えさらにたたく<br>③できあがった梅ダレを大さじ1~1.5をお椀に入れお湯を注げば完成！  </p>
