<p>こちらがハウスの<strong>「きざみねぎ塩」</strong><br>刻んだ青ねぎチップと白ねぎチップを使用しレモンが効いたさっぱり風味です。</p>



<p>そのままお肉や冷奴にかけるだけでなく<br>野菜と和えたりお肉のソテーやスープの調味料としても使えます。</p>

<p>①調味料をよく混ぜ合わせて4~5cmに切った豚バラ肉をもみ込む<br>②耐熱容器にもやしを入れ豚バラ肉を1枚ずつ広げてのせる<br>③ふんわりとラップをして400Wのレンジで4分加熱<br>④ご飯の上にのせれば完成！</p>



<p>ご飯に合うよう少し濃いめの味付けにするのがコツだそうです。<br>お好みで追いきざみねぎ塩をどうぞ。</p>

<p>①豚バラ肉を少し重ねながら広げて並べる<br>②きざみ紅しょうが1本分を並べた豚バラ肉のうえにのせてのばす<br>③かつお節2パックを全体にかける<br>④小麦粉を軽く振りかけたら端からクルクルと巻く<br>⑤中火で表面全体に焼き目をつける<br>⑥焼き色がついたらフタをして4分間蒸し焼きにして完成！</p>



<p>食べやすい大きさに切ってやきとりのように串に刺してましたね。<br>とっても美味しそうでしたよ。</p>

<p>①耐熱容器にバターを入れ600Wのレンジで10秒あたためて柔らかくする<br>②グラニュー糖・薄力粉・きざみレモンを加えてよく混ぜる<br>③混ぜた生地をトーストに塗りナイフで格子状に切れ目を入れる<br>④表面にグラニュー糖（2ｇ）を振りかける<br>⑤1200Wのトースターで3~5分焼けば完成！</p>

<p>ここで裏技の登場。</p>



<p>沸騰したお湯にパスタを入れくっつかないように1分ほど茹でたら<br>火を止めてフタをして茹で時間分放置します。</p>



<p>フタをすると温度が下がりにくいので<br>余熱だけで十分に茹で上がるのだそうです。</p>



<p>ガスや電気の節約になりますね。</p>
